Ohhhh heyyyyy 2021... I can feel that you’re gon Ohhhh heyyyyy 2021...
I can feel that you’re gonna be a big year.
So much unknown on the horizon.
Personally & collectively.

I left so much behind in 2020, and Im pretty sure there’s more to come.

So I’m coming into this year nice & slow.
No rushing.
No claiming grandiose goals & outcomes.

No pushing myself to finally be an early riser, a hard core exerciser, a million-dollar biz owner, or a person who Marie-Kondo’s her closets.

My biggest commitment is to stay with myself, deeply connected, in approval of all that is me...the pain & the joy, the magic & the mundane, the wild & the boring, the undomesticated & the homebody, the fierce and the soft.

I used to get lured by the brighter, shinier, newer model promises that the new year held. But this year, I just want to be more me. And I trust that you, life, will bring me exactly what I need.

I am open and ready to receive.

#wildwomancomehome
Well that hurt. Last night, on my webinar where Well that hurt.

Last night, on my webinar where I was sharing - openly, vulnerably, authentically - about UNDOMESTICATED, someone sent me a hurtful private message thru the zoom chat.

In that moment, it felt like I was stung...straight thru the heart.

I got momentarily dizzy. I wanted to cry, hide, shrink.

And I did. All 3. For a bit.

The thing is: an Undomesticated heart IS a wide open heart. She loves AND feels deeply.

You dont get to be free and fully alive with a closed heart.

An Undomesticated woman is willing to come OUT, behind the masks, and express herself in service to the truth she is being called to share; and in deep connection.

A wild undomesticated woman is a passionate, deep-feeling, heart-wide-open woman.

THIS is her GIFT.

All of my magic is sourced from my openness. The more open, the more magic. The more open, the more abundance. The more open, the more I get to love in this lifetime.

AND the more open, wild & fully expressed...the more stings may come my way. It’s part of the path.

A wild woman doesnt enter the jungle not expecting to see an occasional spider, snake or bullet ant (they hurt like hell). She knows the risks, packs her anti-venom, and enters.

She enters the wild because, while not doing so may pseudo-protect her heart, she knows staying away is gonna kill her soul. (It doesnt really protect her heart anyway. Its just a different kind of ache).

I used to be terrified of getting stung. I wasnt willing to risk the judgment, the jealousy, the projected shame & fear...

But last night showed me clear as day: I am willing to risk it all.

In fact, it’s the only way I want to live.

I share this because there is SO. DAMN. MUCH. to learn from moments like this. For me, personally, yes; AND for us collectively.

I’ll be sharing more in the days to come.

For now, Im grateful to that woman. She gave me an opportunity to take that hurt, feel it all the way through, and transmute it into more commitment; more passion; more fire; and more magic.

If you’re called to explore Undomesticated, Im here. Open arms, open heart, ready to welcome you back home.
The clearer I am with my “NO” the fuller and j The clearer I am with my “NO” the fuller and juicier my YES becomes.

YES YES YES.
YES, I can receive more.
YES I can handle more.
YES, I do believe I am worthy.
YES, thank you, I would love a 2nd helping of that deliciousness.

NO. I’m not afraid I’m too much.
NO. You can’t touch that or take this.
NO I’m not available for that.
NOPE. I’m not afraid of being judged as hungry, wild, witchy, bitchy...you name it...(because I know I am all of that and more. Way more).
NO, I am not willing to sell my soul or energy or truth for approval, belonging, love, money.

A sacred NO is in service to your deepest YES.

The UNDOMESTICATED woman trusts her NO and honors her YES. She knows, deep in her bones, which is which, without guilt, martyrdom or judgment.

“You look like a white picket fence girl,” the “You look like a white picket fence girl,” the astrologist said, “everyone assumes you are a white picket fence girl. But you are not. You are meant to walk on the edge. Stop pretending. Until you claim who you really are, you will stay stuck. And unhappy.”

I will never forget his words.

This was the beginning of my deeper journey inwards.

This was when I realized that no one was going to hand me the keys to my freedom; no one was going to grant me the permission to change things in my career, my marriage, my inner world; and no more approval was going to fill the depth of the emptiness I felt in my soul.

I had to be brave and go in search of my aliveness.

I found her in unexpected places...I ventured off the nice path I had so neatly laid out for my life...I tapped into parts of myself that were otherwise off-limits.

And I’ve been on the left-handed path ever since.

This is not the path of comfort, with its quick fixes and playing nice. This is not the path of the American dream, with its promises of happiness in its trappings of success. Nor is this the path of the good mom/good wife/good woman...where everything looks nice-ish but is weighted with martyrdom.

This is the path into the darkness, the wild, the messy. The path that is not pre-defined but is created by you, as you follow your inner compass.

It’s the only path I could have taken.
And I am forever grateful.

Doors are opening for Undomesticated. It’s not for everyone. In fact, most people will be afraid to even explore it.

But it might be for you.

I’ve been having those “who do you think you a I’ve been having those “who do you think you are” moments recently, as I get ready to roll out my new membership program, UNDOMESTICATED.

As I get ready to shift my entire business...the programs, the model, the way I’ve done things in the past...all my “what the actual f-ck” voices get really loud...

As I feel into clients who may be disappointed; the people who will judge; and the parts of myself that reeeeaaaaalllly have liked staying in the closet behind the nice-good-sweet woman...my mind screams, “nooooooo.......it was good enough before!”

(But really...are we here to settle for “good enough”? Thats a post for another day)

Those voices....gahhhhhhh!!!! They can be brutal sometimes.

I try to argue with them, ignore them, tell them to go away.

But then I remember that they are trying to protect me.

A “me” that no longer needs their protection, thank you very much 🙌

I remember that now I have access to something else.

And I sink into HER.

The deeper me.
The inner knowing.

The truest part of me who knows exactly who she is. Who always has known and just abandoned her for a bit.

So i recommit again. To never abandon her. And if I have to, I will recommit over & over & over again.

I am now the woman who remembers, not in her mind, but in the deepest part of her being, who she is.

Undomesticated has all of me coming home.

And Undomesticated is opening its doors to you too if you feel the call.

Inside each of us is the call of our wild heart, our passionate soul, our animal body...

Undomesticated is a sanctuary for all those parts in you that you may have abandoned too. DM me if you can hear the call 💥

You are allowed to be hungry. You are allowed to w You are allowed to be hungry.
You are allowed to want what you want.
You are allowed to claim your desires.
You are allowed to have a massive appetite...(for everything).
You are allowed to fill up.
You are allowed to want to receive pleasure.

You are allowed to be deeply nourished, wildly satiated, wholly alive in your body’s sensations, your hearts longings, your soul’s truth.

💥There is no winner in the “biggest martyr” competition that good girls play.

💥There is no first prize for the one who carries the most guilt.

💥And the gold stars we get for our “selfless overgiving” lose their sweetness with the bitter sting of resentment.

The wild woman inside of you is freaking ravenous.

And she’s the one who holds the secret wisdom: there is no real “forbidden fruit.” That story was only a ploy to disconnect you from your deepest remembering...

It’s time to come home to your self.

Eat the damn apple. You know you want it.

My new membership program for women opens Dec 21:

Undomesticated: Wild Woman Come Home

Calling all women who are tired of self-sacrifice, martyrdom, resentment, and following rules designed to keep you small; and who are craving deep connection with the hungry, ravenous, deeply-expressed wild woman within. (She lives in all of us 🙀).

DM me for details 🔥

Can you imagine this massive leaf saying to itself Can you imagine this massive leaf saying to itself, “Oh...shit...Im tooooooo big, Im toooooo much. Im gonna make all the other leaves in the jungle feel uncomfortable. I better shrink to fit in/feel safe/not rock the boat...”

Nature never questions its true expression. Its bigness, its beauty, its rightness. It rests in the knowing that its divine expression is a gift to the whole ecosystem.

YOU are nature.

Your wholeness, fullness, and true expression is a gift. Your shrinking is a disservice to your true nature and to the entire ecosystem that is our humanity.

Where are you feeling the call to expand more fully into your right-sized presence? How are you being called to step out of the small box you’ve found yourself in? What is it you’d be doing if you trusted the inner truth that wants to be expressed thru you?

Undomesticated....a Membership program in service to your wild self and your free expression...is coming Dec 21.

DM me for details.
(Dont let your good girl shrink your desire or hold you back in fear;)
